HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4209 OF 2006 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners and possessors of 458 sq.yards of land situated at Gachi bowli village, Kothaguda Gram Panchayat, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district and the said land is sought to be required for road widening and there was a threat of dispossession. Hence, the writ petition is sought to be filed.

2. Smt. Karuna Sree, Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondents vehemently opposed for granting the relief in favour of the petitioners and prayed to dismiss the writ petition and the petitioners have not stated the details of the land, boundaries and survey numbers and has not co-operated with the joint inspection and not responded to the notices as required under law.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make a detail representation to the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on submission of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
