THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21419 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondents 1 to 3. Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, issuing notice to respondents 4 to 6 may not be necessary.

2 . The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to act in accordance with law and cease illegal construction activity being carried out by Respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 6 in respect of the premises bearing Plot No.63, H.No. 8-3-1072, Srinagar Colony, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad - 500034, T.S. and demolish the portion of the construction which is illegal in the interests of justice."

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 03.05.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest.

4. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 03.05.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon as early as possible preferably within a

period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and also the unofficial respondents herein.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
