ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent in issuing E-Auction notice dt.26.02.2016, in respect of petitioners' property bearing H.No.2-94, with a plinth area of 1330 Square feet admeasuring 250 Square yards, situated at Laxmapur Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of provisions of SARFAESI Act, and consequently, to set-aside the same."

At the hearing, Mr. P.Krishna Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition by stating that the dispute is settled among the parties.

In view of the said request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.12397 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
