This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.949 of 2016 in M.C.No.10 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayyapeta.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
