Swatantra Enterprises v. The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.M.S.A.No.4 of 2012 JUDGMENT :

As requested by both the parties, the appeal was placed before the Mediation Centre and mediation was held at Vijaywada on 03.10.2015 and settled the matter. The mediators settled the dispute by proceedings dated 03.10.2015 and fixed the tax at the rate of Rs.18,000/- with effect from 01.10.2007 and both parties agreed for the same. Accordingly, a decree is passed fixing tax at Rs.18,000/- per half year with effect from 01.10.2007.

2. In terms of the proceedings issued by the mediators, the appeal is disposed of.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.

4. Advocate fee is fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
