We have perused the order impugned in the present appeal and so also the order dated 28.1.2009 passed in W.A.M.P. No. 108 of 2009. Having regard thereto, it appears that nothing further survives in the writ appeal and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. Therefore, we are constrained to dismiss the writ appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No costs.
