The case of the petitioners is that they have filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent under Section 5 (5) of the Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 26.09.2016 against the erroneous entries made in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-06 guntas of Agriculture land in Sy.No.394, 394/A, 394/AA, 394/E, 394/EE, 394/U and 394/UU situated in Mamidipally of Sangareddy Mandal, Sangareddy District and the same is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the non-disposal of the appeal, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Smt K.Sesha Rajyam, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 5th respondent.
