This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with civil dispute in respect of petitioner's property i.e.
M/s.Richpal Singh Welding Works Shop admeasuring 600 Sq.Yards situated at Sircilla road, Kamareddy Town & District, Telangana.
Heard Sri J.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
During the course of hearing leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.23.12.2019.
In the said written instructions it is mentioned that Crime No.363 of 2019 is registered against the petitioner under Sections 341, 324, 323, 504, 506, read with 34 IPC on 26.08.2019, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.4; and that notice under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. was also served on the petitioner on 29.08.2019. It is further stated that except investigating into the aforesaid crime registered against the petitioner, the respondent police are not interfering
with the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.
According to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the petitioner herein has submitted reply to the notice issued under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C.
In view of the aforesaid written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader wherein it is stated that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil disputes in respect of petitioner's property, placing the said written instructions, on record, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
