Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 03.01.2018 to 4th respondent seeking appointment as Fair Price Shop Dealer of the subject shop and that the respondents 3 and 4 have not considered the same. 2.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will forward the said representation to the 3rd respondent, who will take a decision thereon and communicate his decision to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to forward petitioner's representation dt.03.01.2018 to 3rd respondent;

the 3rd respondent shall then take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
