HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5283 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing Proceedings in RC.No.B6/B2/4757/2002, dated 26.2.2004 debarring the petitioner from applying DSC for two years including DSC-2002, without furnishing enquiry report or without finding the petitioner that he is responsible for filing second application. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents not to debar the petitioner from applying the DSC. 2.

The Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 25.3.2004 and the said interim orders are further extended until further orders, by orders dated 8.10.2004 and contends that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
