HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 23373 of 2011 O R D E R:- Heard Sri G. Ravi Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C. Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the material placed on record. It is noticed from the record that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation and the relief claimed by him is to reinstate him into service by setting the order dated 02.09.2010 in I.D.No. 186 of 2009 passed by the Labout Court-III, Hyderabad. Since the relief of reinstatement cannot be granted at this point of time, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent - Corporation to settle the service benefits of the petitioner for the services rendered by him from the date of his initial appointment till the date of removal from his service, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
