Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners approached this Court without filing representations before the competent Authority and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court, if the respondents do not consider the representations that may be filed by the petitioners. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
