Mr. K. Sankaraiah, counsel for petitioner, after vehemently arguing the case for some time to consider the writ prayer but having regard to the stand taken by the third respondent in counter affidavit, however, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies against the complaint in the instant writ petition either before the authorities or if circumstances warrant, by filing a suit for appropriate reliefs.
The writ petition is disposed of by granting leave as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
