HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO: 28648 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ one in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide necessary protection to safeguard the property belonging to the petitioner-company and the man -power deployed for carrying out the work under the contract granted to the petitioner by the first respondent.

2. Heard Sri V.S.R. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [TG].

3. Sri Ram Mohan, Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana] submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has been attended and an FIR was registered against the sixth respondent for causing interference with the petitioner in not allowing to perform his tender works and also assurance was given for protection to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take legal recourse as and when fresh cause of action arises.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
