THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.11704 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.4 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.311 of 2013 on the file of I Town Police Station, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 489 (A), (B) and (C). The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave counterfeit currency notes worth of Rs.1,90,000/- to accused No.1. The petitioner is the native of West Bengal. This Court dismissed the earlier bail application by order dated 1109-2015 in Criminal Petition No.9076 of 2015. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.4.
