Sri Venkateshwar Varnasi, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused filed a letter dated 20-2-2019 before the Registry seeking to withdraw the above Criminal Petition, which was filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2013 of Railway Police Station Mancherial, Adilabad district, registered for an offence punishable under section 306 of I.P.C.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
