THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.885 of 2017 and WRIT PETITION No.6606 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Contempt Case No.885 of 2017 is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 27.02.2017, passed by this Court in WPMP.No.8097 of 2017 in Writ Petition No.6606 of 2017.

Respondents filed a counter-affidavit specifically asserting that the illegal constructions alleged to have been made by respondents 5 to 8 in the Writ Petition in the cellar portion have already been removed in compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the same. In those circumstances, nothing survives further in the Writ Petition as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case and the Writ Petition are closed.
