THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8362 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/A7 in connection with Crime No.693 of 2022 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda District, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 366-A, 370 of Indian Penal Code and Section 5 and 6 of PIT Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The case of the prosecution is that Accused No.1 and others indulged in running prostitution involving trafficked women from Bangladesh. The said women came from Bangladesh and doing prostitution in Hyderabad. The allegation against this petitioner is that he helped Accused Nos.1 and 2 when they arrived in Hyderabad and arranged accommodation for them. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2022.

On instructions the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that there are no other criminal antecedents against this petitioner.

Since the allegation against this petitioner is only helping Accused No.1 and 2, this petitioner can be granted the relief of regular bail on the following conditions;

i) The petitioner/A7 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Medchal-Malkajgiri District, at Malkajgiri.

(ii) The petitioner/A7 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. for a period of six weeks, for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/A7 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
