18.09.2025 I.A. No.3 of 2025 This application is filed by the petitioner-accused to extend the time which was granted in the order dated 04.09.2025 in Crl.P. No.11450 of 2025 for appearance of the petitioner before the police concerned, by one week. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the date specified in the order dated 04.09.2025 in Crl.P. No.11450 of 2025 for appearance of the petitioner before the police concerned was 15.09.2025 between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., but they received the copy of the said orders on 15.09.2025 only and hence, the petitioner could not comply with the said directions. Therefore, h prayed to extend the time.

The date of dispatch of the copy of the order by the Registry discloses as 12.09.2025. Hence, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
