THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1300 OF 2010 O R D E R:

The petitioner is questioning the order dated 24.02.2010 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at NTR Nagar, L.B.Nagar, whereby the learned Sessions Judge modified the order passed by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad dt.17.04.2008, in M.C.No.48 of 2005.

The learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge by order dt.24.02.2010 in Crl.R.P.No.28 of 2008 set aside the monthly maintenance granted to the petitioner herein by the learned Magistrate in MC.No.48 of 2005, dt.17.04.2008, and also reduced the maintenance amount to Rs.1,000/- granted to the minor child of the petitioner.

The maintenance case filed by the petitioner is of the year 2005. The order of the learned Sessions Judge is on 24.02.2010. After a lapse of more than 12 years, I do not find any reasons to keep the revision pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
