HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 3087 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to implement the ratio of 15% and 6% in respect of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Advocates respectively, in selection process to the post of Public Prosecutor, Additional Public Prosecutor and Special Public Prosecutor in terms of G.O.Ms.No.187 dates 06.12.2000 with respect to the panel under consideration before respondent No.1.

In that view of the matter, ends of justice would be met if the petitioner Association represented by its Secretary is directed to submit a representation to the Government within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and in which case, the Government shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with in law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
