Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim to have own different extents of lands in different survey numbers of Mylaram Village, Syampet Mandal, Warangal District. Petitioners are aggrieved by dumping of construction material, Tar drums in the abutting land on the pretext of storage and slowly started dumping the material into their lands. There appears to be some kind of disputes regarding boundaries. Petitioners applied for conducting of survey through F-Line mode. Alleging inaction on the application filed for conducting of survey, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The receipts issued by T.S.Online and the application filed by the petitioners is enclosed as Exs.P.1 and P.2. 4.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioners for conducting of survey and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioners. If the 3rd respondent is in agreement to conduct survey, steps shall be taken for conducting survey. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
