THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22609 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents as being arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice while directing the first respondent to permit the petitioners for written test and interview to the post of Electrician Trainee Cat-1/Fitter Trainee Cat-1 in the first respondent's office scheduled to be held on 23.10.2005.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
