The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the further notice, if any, issued in regard to the same subject matter. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous reserving the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
