Gangireddy Narapu Reddy v. The State Of Telangana Rep. By Its Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26015 of 2016 ORDER:
One Gangireddy Narapu Redy is the petitioner. He claims to be aged about 88 years. The instant writ petition is filed complaining inaction of respondent No.2 in considering and disposing of representation, dated 08.02.2016, made by petitioner for issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds for the agricultural land in Survey No.46/1 of Pandurangapuram Village, Palvoncha Mandal, Khammam District.
Counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to representation, dated 08.02.2016, and the Judgments in LTR Case Nos.896/79 and 183/11 to contend that there ought not to be any reason for not considering the representation of petitioner. According to him, with the adjudication in these LTR cases, the respondents ought to have issued pattadar pass books and title deeds on their own and at least, when a representation is made, the same ought to have been disposed of within a reasonable time. The counsel fairly submits that because of the age and illiteracy, the petitioner has not maintained the document evidencing acknowledgment of representation, dated 08.02.2016. Having regard to the age of petitioner, without adhering to further technicalities in the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with the consent of Assistant Government Pleader by this order:
"The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation, dated 08.02.2016, along with a copy of this order, within four weeks from today. If the petitioner re-submits the representation, as permitted by this order, respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Palvoncha Mandal, is directed to examine the request, take appropriate steps in accordance with law and pass orders, within a further period of eight weeks from the date of submission of representation by petitioner." Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________ S.V.BHATT,J Dt:06.09.2016 kdl
