When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the court that the petitioner has already vacated the subject premises and that since the landlady is not available in the town, he seeks permission to handover the keys to the learned counsel for the respondent. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of as the petitioner has already vacated the premises and the he shall handover the keys to the learned counsel for the respondent.

With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
