Learned counsel, representing Sri Kiran Palakurthi, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his clients to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for questioning the order, impugned in this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.28276 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
