When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for R.2, that the 2nd respondent is not obstructing the petitioner herein from using the subject road.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed, however, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the remedy against the 3rd respondent under common Law.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
