O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not issuing the occupancy certificate for G+3 floors as per the sanctioned plan for construction of house in plot No.1677 to 1679 in Sy.Nos.165 to 167, 178 and 179 at Pragathinagar, Quthbullapur Mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that he has constructed a residential building in his plot bearing No.1677 to 1679 to an extent of 133.33 sq.yards at Pragathinagar, Quthbullapur Mandal, R.R.District in accordance with sanction permission and plan approved by the 2nd respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent for grant of occupancy certificate for G+3 floors, but the same was not considered by the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

It is for the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application for grant of occupancy certificate within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
