Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal filed by it and he filed a Memo dated 02.01.2020 to that effect.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
