(Per SK,J) This Writ Petition was filed in relation to the alleged nonimplementation of the interim order dated 07.02.2013 passed by the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity 'the Tribunal'), in O.A.No.914 of 2013 filed by the petitioner. While so, Sri D. Linga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that after the abolition of the Tribunal in so far as the State of Telangana is concerned, the said O.A.No.914 of 2013 was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P (TR) No.252 of 2017. He would seek leave to pursue his remedies in the said Writ Petition.

Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
