HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27040 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to protect, continuation of their service as Shift Operators.

2. Advocate for petitioners submitted that as there was threat of discontinuation of service at that time the petitioners have approached this Court seeking such relief and this Court granted interim direction on 29-12-2003 and in pursuance of that interim direction the petitioners are continuing as Shift Operators in the respondent corporation and that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim order, dated 29-12-2003.

3. Considering the material on record and the reply affidavit filed to the counter-affidavit the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, dated 29-12-2003.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
