When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners so also Sri A.Yadava Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the 6th respondent that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court, the respondents undertook construction in the new premises and completed the same, as such, nothing survives for adjudication further in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
