When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have challenged the action of the respondents in reducing their salaries.

This Court, on 16.12.2004, at the time of admission, directed the respondents to pay the salaries as per the settlement arrived in between the bank's association and the employees.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the said interim direction, the petitioners are drawing salaries without any deductions.

Learned GP contends that as per Section 116 (c) of AP Cooperative Societies Act, the total salaries should not exceed 2% of the working capital and appropriate orders would be passed considering the interim orders passed by this Court.

This Court, having considered the rival contentions, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary as the respondents are paying salaries in pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court subject to settlement arrived in between the bank's association and the employees. 6.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary in view of the interim orders passed by this Court. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
