Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the online applications made by the petitioners for mutating their names in the Dharani Portal, issuing e-pattadar passbooks, granting bore well permissions and agricultural electricity connection for carrying agricultural operations in their respective lands situated at Boduppal Village, Medipalli Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. 4.

Learned Government Pleader as well as the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, have stated that the respondents will consider the applications of the petitioners and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law.

In view of the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the online applications made by the petitioners for mutating their names in the Dharani Portal, issuing e-pattadar passbooks, granting bore well permissions and agricultural electricity connection, in respect of the subject lands, and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
