O R D E R

Based on the report lodged by the petitioner, case in Cr.No.991 of 2016 was registered on the file of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in completing investigation and filing charge sheet, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that investigation will be completed and appropriate report will be filed before the court within a period of one month.

In view of the above statement made by 3rd respondent, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent to complete investigation and file charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
