- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.28496 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2.

Petitioner claims that she purchased Ac.0-08 guntas of land in Sy.No.469, of Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, by way of registered sale deed dated 14.10.2009. Petitioner alleges that there is some discrepancy in the boundaries. Therefore, she wanted a survey to be conducted and to demarcate the land belonging to her, in accordance with the sale deed. On 30.11.2019 a representation was drawn and submitted to the Tahsildar-2nd respondent, on 04.12.2019. Alleging inaction in considering the request of petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

3.

Two aspects required to be noticed is firstly, the representation was made only on 04.12.2019, and the writ petition is instituted within two weeks thereafter, whereas even according to the procedure envisaged, six weeks time is available for conducting the survey on a request made. Secondly, as per the procedure evolved, application for conducting of survey has to be made in F-line mode through online web portal, whereas, petitioner made an application in physical form. No such applications made in physical form are entertained. Thus, no relief as sought by the petitioner can be granted.

- 3 - 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 24th December, 2019 Rds
