No. 7828 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court, the 1st respondent has complied with the order dated 22.12.2014 in O.A.No. 8839 of 2012 passed by the Tribunal vide Letter No.

13935/ Vig./ A1/ 2012, dated 22.06.2017 whereby punishment awarded to the petitioner has been set aside and further action dropped. Since the order dated 22.12.2014 in O.A.No. 8839 of 2012 passed by the Tribunal, has already been complied with, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
