HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.2 5 1 9 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipality that the Nagara Panchayath, Andole, Jogipet, passed a resolution No.434 proposing to conduct auction afresh for 12 shops situated at Gandhi Park.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
