THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20036 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Petitioner is the widow of an employee, who had worked in the 1st respondent-Company and died. She made a representation on 21.10.2013 seeking employment as dependent of her deceased-husband on compassionate ground.

Petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been disposed of by the respondents.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dt.21.10.2013 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
