This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/complainant seeking to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/accused No.1 vide order, dated 12.02.2016, in Crl.P.M.P.No.1382 of 2016 in Crl.P.No.12995 of 2015.

By an order, dated 18.01.2016, in Crl.P.No.12995 of 2015, the respondent/A-1 was granted bail and vide order, dated 12.02.2016, in Crl.P.M.P.No.1382 of 2016 in Crl.P.No.12995 of 2015, the condition to report before the Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad was changed. More than two years have been elapsed. Notice is not served on the respondent/A-1. Hence, there is no point in keeping the Criminal Petition pending and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
