It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the crime which is sought to be quashed has culminated in filing of charge sheet. Therefore, the petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition giving liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available under law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
