Vasantha Rayudu for petitioner and Mr. K. Raghu Babu, standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3. Petitioner complains against inac tion of second respondent in considering and disposing of representation dated 22.07.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

I have perused the representation dated 22.07.2016 and also the other annexures filed by the petitioner along with the writ petition. This Court is of the view that the inaction complained by the petitioner appears to be reasonable and correct. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.07.2016 within three (3) weeks from today.
