HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P.No.1821 OF 2013 ORDER:

Second respondent/ United India Insurance Company Limited in M.V.O.P.No.100 of 2012 in the Court of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Medak, at Sanga Reddy is the revision petitioner.
The learned trial Judge through the judgment impugned in the revision allowed the OP partly awarding compensation of Rs.3,500/ - Aggrieved by the same, the present revision at the instance of insurance company.
I have perused the record. The trial Court has rightly granted compensation to the injured/ respondent No.1 herein. This Court is in agreement with the reasons recorded by the trial Court. It appears that the present revision is filed for statistical purpose. No ground warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is made out.
Revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J 07th September, 2018 Lrkm
