ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 20.08.2015 passed in O.A.No.4818 of 2015. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reported that the respondent has complied with the said order dated 20.08.2015 passed in O.A.No.4818 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of compliance of the said order dated 20.08.2015 passed in O.A.No.4818 of 2015, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
