THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.1910 of 2018 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.22.11.2017 in WP.No.39382 of 2017.

The Government Pleader for Revenue has informed that earlier an order was passed on 05.07.2018 by the respondent and that he had also reconsidered the issue and passed a fresh order on 01.02.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds.

In this view of the matter, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dt.01.02.2020 by way of a separate proceeding, if he is so advised, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
