OFFICE NOTE 08.11.2024 Dr.GRR, J I.A No.01 of 2024 in Crl.P No.11886 of 2024 and I.A No.01 of 2024 in Crl.P No.11939 of 2024 I.A. No.1 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner - ` Accused No.2 in Crl.P. No.11886 of 2024 and I.A. No.1 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 in Crl.P. No.11939 of 2024 seeking to grant extension of time granted in condition No.(i) of the common order dated 24.10.2024 in Crl.P.Nos.11886 and 11939 of 2024 to surrender before the SHO/IO of the Cyberabad, Police Station due to the unavailability of SHO/IO.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and that the petitioners could not surrender within the time stipulated by this Court as the investigating officer was on leave and in-charge SHO/IO is out on duty, it is considered fit to extend the time. Accordingly, the applications are allowed extending the time for a further period of two weeks to the petitioners i.e. Accused No.2 in Crl.P. No.11886 of 2024 and Accused No.1 in Crl.P. No.11939 of 2024 to surrender before the SHO concerned.
