This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 20.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.219 of 2016 in O.S.No.11 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout.

Learned counsel for both parties are present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.11 of 2014 on 22.10.2018.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
