HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12142 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in issuing the impugned order dated 09.05.2007 in depriving the legitimate, vested and customary rights of petitioners village and ryoths who are entitled to make use of drainage water of Godavarikhani. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly the same may be closed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
