ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have been raising construction unauthorisedly over the Government land/grave yard without obtaining building permission from respondent No.1. Mr. Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submitted that respondent No.2 is enquiring into the complaint of the petitioner and he will take appropriate action if it is found that any construction is raised by respondent Nos.3 and 4 either over the private land or Government land/grave yard without obtaining permission for such construction or in deviation of the sanctioned plan and intimate the result to the petitioner.

This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to do the needful as held out by the learned Standing Counsel and inform the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.46411 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ____________________________ JUSTICE C.V.
